Come Halloween, many restaurants and stores offer freebies and deals to those who show up in costume. Here's a list of some 2011 Halloween freebies and deals for parents and children.

Applebee’s - Your Neighborhood Applebee’s is encouraging your family to dine at Applebee’s this October 31st to receive up to two FREE Kid’s Meals with one adult entrée purchase (available at participating restaurants). The Free Kid’s Meal offer is for kids 12 and under and is good only on October 31st. It applies only to items listed on the Kids Menu. Children must be accompanied by an adult and are limited by 2 Free Kid’s Meals per adult entree.
Build-A-Bear Workshop stores nationwide are having a Kooky Spooky Bear Bash from 10/28 - 10/31! Come in costume for free virtual gifts and samples of our new Smashbar!
Chipotle - "Come into any Chipotle on Halloween from 6 pm to closing dressed in a costume inspired by the family farm and we'll hook you up with a burrito, bowl, salad, or an order of tacos made with responsibly raised ingredients for just $2." Dunkin' Donuts is also helping trick-or-treaters carry this year's treats in style with an exclusive Dunkin' Donuts Halloween Treat Bag.
